Where Oh Where Is My Monet, 80"x24"

Created live with a time-lapse video posted to my IG account.  darlene_watson_art. Underpainting placed with a love of Joan Mitchell abstracts along with the colours placed and inspired by Monets Wisteria. The placement of my signature allows for this painting to be hung vertically or horizontally. I generally sign up the right side so for this large canvas to hang vertically as shown the signature is on the lower left. Colours shapes and lines with mark-making using pencils, ballpoint pen, a black and white marker along with the acrylic on canvas. Parts of the shapes after created where gently covered with layers of whitewash and more dripping paints. I had so much fun over the Open Studio weekend creating this. 80"x 24"x 2" canvas.
