I Knew You Meant It When You Said It, 48"x48"

Impasto acrylics and ink dripping down the canvas along the bottom. The left is gesso only and the lower right area. Otherwise, it is thick imaginary florals popping off the canvas. I like to push myself with something new all the time as I grow as an artist.The painting measures 48"x 48" and is filled with imaginary textures and florals. Part of the canvas has been left with only gesso to give a special effect with dripping of paints and inks falling from the petals. Imaginary Hydrangea, one of my favourite flowers dances throughout the piece. It is a focal point to any space. Inks paint washes and layers upon layers with whites, blue and pops of yellow.
